Elephant. It’s my favorite animal.

Potatoes. Easily can prepare them in different ways, and they’re delicious.

Who would you say is the best dressed employee when you're not all wearing scrubs? (Yes, you can vote yourself!)

Favorite dog breed and why?
Pitbull - very lovable and usually misunderstood.

Favorite cat breed and why?
I don’t really have a favorite breed. I just love the chubby lazy kitties. And I much prefer kittens over puppies. Kittens don’t usually smell like pee.

You're stranded on an island for a month; what 4 things are you bringing with you?
Lighter, knife, cooking pot, toilet paper.

If you had to take one coworker from OVG with you, who would you take and why?
Jamie, because I need some entertainment. Or Jessica, cause she’s scrappy. 😂

What is your favorite season of the year and why?
Fall and winter because I don’t like sweating.

What is your favorite responsibility/task/procedure to perform at work?
Foxtail probes and dentals.

What is your number one tip you have for pet owners? It can be anything from care tips, treat/food recommendations, tips before vet visits, etc.
Stop stressing your animal out. 90% of the time, the animal is not as anxious as the owners. Take your Xanax before you bring your pet down. 😆

Which Hogwarts House would you be in and why?
Ravenclaw. I feel like I’m more book-smart than street-smart. 😂

What's your go to Starbucks drink?
Pink drink.

What made you go into the veterinary medicine field for your career?
I started in human medicine, and it was awful.

What pets do you have at home? (breed & name)
Gracie Lou - pit bull
Echo - German shepherd X
Cleopatra- black DSH
Merlin - Torti DSH
Meiodas - Manx
Davy Jones - tripod DSH

Which OVG core value do you most embody and why? (Passionate, genuine, collaborative, fun, respectful)
Collaborative— I love getting different points of views and why other co workers do things certain ways. It’s fun to learn new things.

What are you most looking forward to in the new hospital?
Not having to turn left out of the parking lot with the crazy traffic.

What is your idea of the perfect day off?
Not doing anything in a quiet, empty, clean house.

If you could travel to anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
Switzerland for its very green pretty scenery.

Who would you consider your biggest mentor/inspiration in your career? Why?
A doctor I had while I was in Brentwood named Tucker. We butted heads at first, but his high standards made me the tech I am today. He taught me almost everything I know and helped me build my confidence tremendously. The only thing he really couldn’t help me with was ER medicine because we didn’t see many emergencies at that clinic.
