Tell us when you call in to schedule your first appointment about this promotion to be eligible! Be sure to mention if a current client referred you so they get entered also. You will be officially entered after your first visit is complete (must be prior to December 1st, 2020).
Current clients
Refer one new client to us to be entered once! For each new client you refer you will get one entry (unlimited!). The referral client must complete their first visit with us prior to December 1st, 2020.
